Their focus isn't on factual accuracy or real results. They explain the next "miracle cure"—and then sell it to you.
But there’s no such thing as a magic cure. Supplements are just that—a complement to consistent healthy habits in sleep, diet and exercise.

Frustrated by the noise and confusion in the wellness industry, Michael co-founded Evident to bring scientific clarity to everyday health decisions. His degree in Biological Sciences from Oxford University drives his methodical approach to analyzing products and their claims. As a lifelong health enthusiast, he's passionate about understanding how to feel, and live better through evidence-based choices. His experience spans both academic and business worlds, including work as a Bain & Company consultant and co-founding Buffy, a $200M revenue sustainable consumer brand. Michael holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Alec co-founded Evident driven by his deep belief that data can transform how we approach health & longevity. He combines entrepreneurial success with a passion for evidence-based living—from bootstrapping and selling three e-commerce businesses to writing a book about AI's transformative potential (published one year before ChatGPT). As both a data-driven marketer and policy advocate, he's launched multiple initiatives promoting healthier, more active lifestyles. Alec is convinced that designing a truly great life starts with making health and physical activity top priorities, a philosophy that sits at the heart of Evident's mission.
